It should never be done illegally, it should only represent need being serviced responsibly.
Any issues are always directly concerning multiple genealogies and social services are a factor for exactly this reason.
Children may not foresee events until the end of time, then neither do adults, but if a[n adopted] child is difficult and contentious then he/she is not coping with something in their life/future…., obviously this makes babies predictably the simplest ‘graft’ and [older] children the challenge, but rather than [just] house rules there should be a threshold where totally unacceptable behaviour is defined by all concerned in the adoption process and what action is always called for. Granted, the young mind has no insight into the depths of reasoning behind rules that seem to bind and impose upon them invisibly – but if the course of remedial action doesn’t do much more than state [breaking] the rule as the reason for their punishment and while being punished still opens doors to higher achievement and rewards – then issues with adopted kids will likely less often seem to bring about all their life to focus on a problem.
